I’ve been in real estate since COVID, just like a thousand other people who decided to get their license when the world shut down. But for me, it wasn’t a random decision. It was one of those “bet on yourself” moves.

Real estate has been in my family for as long as I can remember:
- My uncle Justin Sturdefant was a broker (his brokerage holds my license at Sturdy Real Estate).
- My aunt Ginnett Sturdefant is an agent at Sturdy as well.
- My grandpa flipped houses while I was growing up.
- My mom, Glinnae Gannon was a real estate agent as well and is currently building her own brand, Edge Boutique.
- And I flipped my first house with my uncle when I was in high school.
So yeah, real estate wasn’t just some new idea, I’d been working on houses since I was a little kid
Even when I went to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M to play soccer, I was majoring in Construction Management, so in one way or another, real estate has always been part of what I do.
I don’t specialize in just buyers or sellers, or investors. I do it all.
But if I had to pick my favorite? First-Time Homebuyers.
I like making it fun, breaking down the process so they’re not overwhelmed, and actually making people laugh during what’s usually a super stressful experience.

I was planning to use it to generate leads, build my brand as an agent, and keep all my real estate content in one place.
But then, like everything in my life, I realized I had way too many passions to limit myself to just one thing.
