Something’s been… off.
Not bad. Not “I hate this.” Not even close to quitting.
Just… missing something.
And it’s weird, because on paper, everything is fine. I’m still going live almost every morning and afternoon. I’ve got a rhythm. I’ve got people who pull up consistently. The streams themselves? Most of them feel good.
But that spark I had with Arc Raiders?… That’s gone right now.
Arc Raiders Might’ve Cooked Me (In a Good Way)
I think I overdid it.
Arc Raiders became everything for a minute: streaming it, clipping it, posting it, thinking about it. It wasn’t just a game I liked… it was the thing.
And now? I’m burnt.
Which sucks, because I still love that game. Like, genuinely. If anything, that’s what makes it worse. I didn’t fall off because it’s bad, I fell off because I went too hard.
So Now I’m Floating Around
Lately, it’s been a mix of:
- The Division 2
- Retro Rewind: Video Store Simulator
- Uncharted 4
Morning streams are usually one of the first two. Afternoons, I’ve been running through Uncharted 4 like I’m catching up on a story I should’ve experienced years ago.
And…
I like all of these games.
But none of them are hitting like Arc Raiders did.
@channlerg It’s nice to see The Division 2 stilll getting updates. @Mellow Gaming and I are definitely gonna be running this one more! #tomclancythedivision2 #tomclancy #gaming #livestrem #coopgames
The Real Problem Isn’t the Games
Playing games? Easy.
Turning them into content? That’s where it gets weird.
Because now I’m thinking:
- Is this clip-worthy?
- Is anyone going to care about this?
- Am I talking enough?
- Is this even… content?
Older games especially mess with my head. I get locked in, I’m enjoying it, but I’m not talking as much. It’s slower. Harder to clip. Less hype.
Feels like I’m having fun… but not making anything out of it.
And that’s the part that’s been throwing me off.
Do I Even Know What I Want to Play?
That’s the other problem.
I don’t.
I’ve thought about jumping into stuff like Elden Ring or Witcher 3. Basically, all the games everyone says you have to play that I somehow missed.
But even then, I’m sitting there like…
Do I actually want to play that?
Or do I just think I should?
Because those are two very different questions.
What Feels Good Right Now
Here’s what I do know:
The streams I enjoy most… are the ones where people are talking.
That’s it.
If chat’s active, I’m good. I don’t care what game I’m playing. I could be organizing shelves in Retro Rewind or running missions in The Division 2; it doesn’t matter.
It turns into hanging out.
And that’s what I actually want more of.
So Yeah… I’m In That Weird Middle Phase
Not burned out.
Not lost.
Just… figuring it out again.
Trying to get better without really knowing what “better” even looks like yet.

For Now? I’ll Probably Just Finish Uncharted 4
That’s where I’m at.
No big pivot. No dramatic change.
Just showing up, going live, and figuring it out as I go.
If you’ve been in the streams, you already know the vibe.
If not, come see what I’m building.
