If you’re a Star Wars fan who likes the idea of familiar ships… with a twist, the LEGO Star Wars Dark Millennium Falcon is worth a look right now.

This is the “what if everything went wrong?” version of the most iconic ship in the galaxy, and it’s currently discounted to $152, down from its usual $180, with free delivery.

That’s one of the better prices we’ve seen for a set of this size and detail level.

A Familiar Ship, Rebuilt the Dark Way

This build clocks in at 1,579 pieces, putting it firmly in that sweet spot where it’s substantial without being overwhelming. The focus here is detail, inside and out.

You get six minifigures, all pulled from LEGO’s darker reimagining of the Star Wars universe:

  • Darth Jar Jar

  • Jedi Vader

  • Darth Rey

  • Beach Luke

  • Bounty Hunter C-3PO

  • Darth Dev

The Falcon itself features a removable cockpit, rotating cannons, spring-loaded shooters, and multiple interior sections that open up, including a command center, jail cell, throne area, and even bunk beds. It’s clearly designed to be displayed or played with, depending on how you roll.

Built for Display (But Still Fun to Mess With)

Once completed, the ship measures roughly 17 inches long, 12.5 inches wide, and just over 5 inches tall. It’s big enough to stand out on a shelf or desk without taking over an entire room.

LEGO includes a printed instruction booklet, and if you prefer digital builds, the LEGO Builder app offers 3D instructions with zoom and rotation features, helpful for some of the tighter interior sections.

Worth It at This Price?

At full price, this set is already solid. At $152, it’s much easier to justify—especially if you’re already collecting Star Wars builds or looking for something a little different than the standard Falcon lineup.

It also pairs nicely with other sets from LEGO’s Rebuild the Galaxy collection if you’re going for a themed display.

If you’ve been waiting for a dip, this is a good one.
