I’ve always been the kind of person who dives way too deep into the things I love. Whether it’s gaming, business, new software, or finding the perfect chicken wing recipe-if I’m into something, I’m all in. But until recently, I never really combined everything into one big vision.

Gaming: Where It All Started
I’ve been gaming for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories involved all my friends and family crammed around a PlayStation, yelling at each other over Crash Bandicoot, Sly Cooper, and Dino Crisis. The graphics may have been questionable, but the rage was so real.
Fast forward a bit, and gaming became more than just a hobby; it became what felt like the only thing to do. It was all anybody was doing or wanted to do.
In Jr High and High School it was Bubble Shields and late night smack talk.
In College it was FIFA and NBA2K or GTFO.
And now, my brain decides.
At this point in my life, gaming is still a massive part of who I am. Whether it’s grinding Ranked Play in Black Ops 6, learning new things about my pc, starting tournaments online, or just playing with my fiance, kids, and friends; gaming is what brings people together.
And, if I’m being honest, it’s also what keeps me sane.

Business: The Accidental Side Hustle Obsession
While gaming was always a constant, business kind of snuck up on me.
My entire family is filled with entrepreneurs, Brokers, and business owners so I guess I never really had a choice. My grandpa owned a trucking company, my uncle owns a trucking company, another Uncle became a broker, several real estate agents in the family, and almost everyone I knew was running their own thing.
So naturally, I started figuring out ways to make money early on
Flipping shoes online before sneaker reselling was even a thing
Working construction to learn how to build and break things
Referring soccer games at 14 where I quickly learned that adults yelling at kids over and offside call is acceptable if they’re in zebra stripes.
Business started as a side hustle. Now, tools like Canva Pro and Atomic Habits help me stay creative and focused.
But, My Biggest Business Lesson?
Be patient and enjoy the process.
Stressing over money, competition, or not being big enough yet ruins everything.
The second I started just having fun with it, things started working.
Which, now that I think about it, is exactly how gaming works too. You can’t expect to win every match, but you can get a little better every time.
Why This Blog Exists
I never really thought about combining the gaming business and content creation until now.
This isn’t just a Blog, it’s a journey of building something from the ground up, combining my passion for gaming, my business experience, and my desire to create something lasting. (Check out What I’m Building at ChannlerG: Future Plans & Visions)

What’s Next? Building Something Bigger Together
This all became real for me on Christmas Day when I proposed to my fiancé, Kathryn. We’re building our future, our family, and a business that will last. We want to build something we can pass down to our kids. I want to use this platform to track our progress, document how we grow, and build a lasting community of ambitious and helpful individuals.
